U.S. CORPORATE TAX RATE

It's not a red or blue issue. It's a red, white and blue issue.

Most Americans are surprised to learn that U.S. employers face the highest corporate tax rate of any major country.

Today more than ever, American employers and their workers face tough global competition yet they are unfairly saddled with outdated and uncompetitive tax policies. Left on their own, businesses must take advantage of every tax benefit the law encourages. Instead of updating our outdated tax code, Washington politicians are trying to go back and re-tax American businesses. Any attempt to turn back time and re-tax these employers and their workers will hurt U.S. businesses and cost U.S. jobs.
